Waterford Apartments

We are delighted to once again team up with our biggest residential client, Classic Group, to fit wardrobes in the high-rise Waterford Apartment development in Auckland.

The Waterford apartment blocks at Hobsonville Point have been designed with a mature, discerning clientele in mind, and are being built to the very highest standards.

We are supplying and installing ‘reach in’ wardrobes to all of the one, two and three bedroom apartments on site. Each unit features soft close draws and sliding doors plus our top-of-the-line Melteca coloured board finish. We have worked closely with Waterford’s interior designer to ensure the look and functionality are first class.

"We’re currently building 36 apartments as part of a new retirement complex at Hobsonville Point in Auckland and Dom Commercial is supplying all the wardrobes and sliding doors for us.

They made a great presentation to our design team and have worked in with them nicely. They have a real personality behind their brand and it’s great to work with genuine people who are really easy to deal with.

They’re always in touch and have been on site at least once a week. They let us know about any problems that crop up and they’re flexible with change. Often last minute things happen on site but they’ve been very accommodating and are also open about listening to different ideas and opinions. Their service and communication has been bang on and there’s been minimal defects in their hardware and installation which is very reassuring."
